In the Notes page, enter narrative information about the inventory record.  You can enter an unlimited amount of information about the inventory item, such as its complete description and its uses, where you buy it or what is needed to manufacture it, how much time it takes to receive or manufacture it, how well it has been selling, whether it is seasonal, inventory items you can substitute for it, to name a few. These notes are for your internal use and do not appear on customer invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, work orders or return authorization documents.
