Master Records

Master records refers to the set of data entered into AccountMate regarding detailed information of a customer, vendor, employee, bank accounts, product items that the company buys or sells, among others. Each master record contains descriptive data such as name and address, as well as summary information such as amount due and year-to-date sales.

 

You must create these records before you can start creating transactions in AccountMate.
