Master Records > Activity Type and Activity Rights

Activity types represent groups of related activities performed on customer and vendor maintenance files (e.g., collection calls, marketing calls, support e-mails, etc.). You can create and maintain activity type records and share these records with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules.

In the Activity Type Maintenance function, you can perform any of the following processes:

•Set up an activity type record

•Update or delete an activity type record
