There may be instances where some of the AccountMate Enterprise files goes either missing or corrupted. Other instances may happen where the software desktop shortcut or its registry entries gets corrupted or missing.
The AccountMate Enterprise Setup Maintenance Wizard provides the following options:
oRepair
Select this option if you want to fix missing or corrupt files, shortcuts or registry entries of your installation. |
oUninstall
Select this option if you want to uninstall the AccountMate Enterprise installation from your computer and remove all related files. |
If you choose the Repair action, before you proceed you must create a backup of the live company databases that you wish to restore after the repair. You may need to ask for assistance from your System Administrator when you create a backup of the databases and restore the backup.
To repair or remove AccountMate Enterprise, perform the following steps:
1.Double-click AccountMate Enterprise Setup.exe to display the AccountMate Enterprise Setup Maintenance Wizard window; then, click Next to proceed.
2.Select either Repair or Uninstall option; then, click the Next button to proceed.
3.The options that appear in the next screen depends on the option you selected above:
If you selected the Repair option, click the Repair button to initiate the repair process. |
If you selected the Uninstall option, click the Uninstall button to start the uninstall process. |
If you want to change your choice in the previous screen, you may click the Previous button. Click Cancel if you want to exit the Setup Maintenance Wizard and disregard any choice you may have selected. |
4.When the repair or uninstall process is completed, the Setup Maintenance Wizard will inform you that the software is successfully repaired or uninstalled. Click Finish to exit the wizard screen.
