Install, Access and Exit AccountMate Enterprise

This section discusses the steps to follow to install AccountMate Enterprise. It also discusses the procedure to install the software license file, how to access and exit the software.

 

Follow these steps in order to install AccountMate Enterprise:

 

1.Verify compliance with AccountMate Enterprise's software requirements. You may also check the software requirements on the AccountMate website.

2.Install AccountMate Enterprise on your workstation.

3.Upon launching AccountMate Enterprise for the first time, the System Database Connection window will be displayed where you must configure the SQL server instance where the system, sample company, and other necessary databases will be created.

4.Install the license file. You can secure your company's license file from your AccountMate Business Solutions Provider.

5.Create groups and user accounts.

6.Assign groups and user access rights.

 

To access AccountMate, follow the procedures enumerated in the section Log In to AccountMate.  To exit AccountMate, see the procedures explained in the Exit AccountMate Enterprise section.
