System Manager > Install, Access and Exit AccountMate Enterprise

This section explains how to exit the AccountMate Enterprise program. Exiting AccountMate closes all the AccountMate data files and application, and releases memory back to Windows for other applications.

CAUTION: Before you exit the AccountMate Enterprise program, be sure that you have saved all the transactions that you want to be recorded and have closed all the function windows; otherwise, you risk losing valuable data.

To exit the AccountMate program, perform either of the following:

•Click the Exit icon under the File menu.

•Click the X button located at the upper right-hand corner of the AccountMate window.

Note: If there are function screen(s) open when you click the Exit or X button and there are unsaved transactions, the system will prompt you whether you want to save these changes. Click Yes to save the transaction; click No if you do not want the transaction saved. Click Cancel to abort closing the application window.
