Install Pricing Control Module

This section discusses the procedures for installing the Pricing Control (PC) module in AccountMate Enterprise. This module integrates seamlessly with other modules and enhances the standard pricing features available in the system.

 

This module is an excellent tool to have on hand if you are an inventory Reseller and you need the ability to set up a complex pricing structure easily and quickly.

 

 

Important points to remember in the installation of the PC module:

 

1.Before installing the module, verify that one or both of the following modules are installed and activated in the system:

 

Accounts Receivable

Sales Order

 

2.Install your company's license file that includes the Pricing Control module purchase.

 

3.Activate the Pricing Control module. To do this, go to the System Administrator module; then, access Company Setup function. Select the company that you want to activate the Pricing Control module. In the Module Activation page, mark the Pricing Control checkbox; then, click Save.

 

4.Set up the group and user access rights to the Pricing Control module-specific functions.

 

5.Be sure that the GL Account Selection function is run and completed.
