To update or delete an existing warehouse record, perform the following:
1.Access the Warehouse Maintenance function from the General Maintenance group in the Maintenance main menu. The Search screen is automatically displayed when this function is accessed.
2.Enter in the Search field the warehouse code that you want to update. You may also scroll up or down the grid to locate the warehouse code; then, double-click the code to select. As soon as a warehouse code is selected, the warehouse details are automatically displayed on their corresponding fields.
3.If you want to add new bins in the warehouse, click the Append row to end or the Insert row before current buttons in the Bins grid toolbar to add a line in the grid. Enter the appropriate values in the respective fields. To delete existing bins in the warehouse, highlight the bin record that you want to delete; then, click the Delete selected rows button in the grid toolbar.

4.Review or amend the values in the applicable fields in the Information Page and Access Restrictions Page. Refer to the respective sections for the detailed discussion about these pages.
5.When you are ready to proceed, click the Save button in the function toolbar to save your changes; otherwise, click Cancel to discard your changes. If you added new bins for this warehouse, a message is displayed to confirm if you want the newly added bins to be assigned to all inventory items carried in this warehouse. Click Yes to confirm; otherwise, click No.
Delete or archive warehouse records
To delete or to archive a warehouse record, perform the following procedures:
1.Access the Warehouse Maintenance function from the General Maintenance group in the Maintenance main menu. The Search screen is automatically displayed when this function is accessed.
2.Enter in the Search field the warehouse code that you want to delete or archive, or you may browse through the pages to locate the warehouse record; then, double-click the warehouse code to select. As soon as a warehouse code is selected, the warehouse's details are displayed on their respective fields in the different pages of this function.
3.When you are ready, click the Delete button from the function toolbar. Any of the following may occur:
•If the warehouse record is newly created, has no unfilled transactions, or existing on-hand quantity of the inventory items stored in that specific warehouse, a message is displayed requesting confirmation to delete the record. Click Yes to confirm; otherwise, click No.

•If the warehouse is assigned to another record, has unfilled transactions, or has on-hand quantity of the inventory items stored in that specific warehouse, a message is displayed informing you that deletion is not allowed. Click OK to close the message window.
•If transactions involving the warehouse code were posted but were voided, or no on-hand quantity for items assigned to the warehouse, a message is displayed requesting confirmation to archive the record. Click Yes to confirm; otherwise, click No.

Reactivate (Unarchive) Warehouse Records
To reactivate or unarchive a warehouse record, perform the following:
1.Access the Warehouse Maintenance function from General Maintenance group under the Maintenance menu. You can also access the Warehouse Maintenance function by clicking the underlined Warehouse field label in any applicable functions.
2.Click the New button to display the Create New screen.
3.Click the Archive Search button beside the Warehouse field. This will display the Archived Search window where you can select the archived warehouse record that you want to reactivate or unarchive.
4.In the Archived Search window, enter in the Search field the warehouse code that you want to reactivate or unarchive, highlight the record; then, click OK. Alternatively, you may browse through the search pages to locate the warehouse record; then, double-click the warehouse code to select.
5.A message will display asking for confirmation if you want to unarchive the record. Click Yes to confirm; then, click the Save button in the function toolbar.
