The Extended Rights Page allows you to grant a group access rights to specific features. These access rights refer to user access to certain sensitive information in the system as well as the ability to edit or update records. Granting these access rights to a group gives all users assigned to the group inherited access rights as well.

 

To grant extended access rights to a user group, mark the corresponding checkbox of each feature on the left-side of the grid. You may mark or unmark the checkboxes that corresponds to a feature in the system. Take note that marking a checkbox in the grid will give access rights to the group and also to all users assigned to the group.
