The Remarks Page allows you to add explanatory notes, description or remarks about the statistical batch entry. These notes can be reviewed and updated whenever you access the GL account record.

 

To add remarks to the statistical batch entry, you may choose from these options:

 

Option #1: Enter in the Remark # field the corresponding Remark # of the text that you want to include in the statistical batch record. Alternatively, you may click the Lookup button to display the Key Search window where you can search and select a Remark #.

 

Option #2: Manually enter in the Remarks editable text field the remarks that you want to include in the record.
