The Statistical Batch Entry - Information Page allows you to enter the statistical batch entry details.
In this page, perform the following:
1.Click the Append row to end or Insert row before current button to activate a blank line in the grid.
2.Enter values in the following fields, if applicable:
oStatistical Code
Enter in this field the statistical code to which you want to post the statistical entry. Alternatively, you can click the List box button in the field and select from the list of statistical codes. |
oDescription
This read-only field displays the description assigned to the statistical code you selected. If you want to change the value in this field, you must enter the changes using the Statistical Codes Maintenance function. |
oLine Description
Enter in this field a general description for the statistical entry. You can enter up to 100 alphanumeric characters in this field. |
oLine Reference
Enter in this field the any additional information that will help you identify the statistical entry. AcccountMate allows you to enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters in this field. |
oQuantity
Enter in this field the quantity that you want to assign to the statistical entry. You can enter either a positive value or a negative value in this field. The decimal setting used in this field will depend on the quantity decimal setting assigned to the selected statistical code. |
3.If you want to delete a statistical entry in the grid, highlight the statistical entry record and click Delete selected rows button. When the dialog box appears, click the Yes button to confirm deletion; otherwise, click No.
4.If you want to insert a statistical entry between statistical entry lines in the grid, highlight the statistical entry record to which you want to insert another statistical entry line; then, click the Insert row before current button.
