In AccountMate, the following are the salient features when recording statistical entries:

•Statistical entries will be saved in batches. You may classify and group statistical entries for similar transactions or group them by period.

•In a batch, you can have as many statistical entries as you want.

•You can specify the transaction date and the description and reference for each entry line for each statistical entry.

•Each statistical entry is assigned an ID for easy identification. It can be edited and voided within an unposted batch to give you flexibility in recording transactions.

•You can post statistical entries to any period of your current or future fiscal year in this function provided the period is not restricted.
