Locked-out User Listing

The Locked-out User Listing function allows you to view and print a report that shows the users who are currently locked-out of the AccountMate Enterprise system. The report is useful as reference in monitoring which users are locked out of the system at any time.

 

 

To view the list of users who are currently locked-out of the system, perform the following procedures:

 

1.Access the Locked-out Users function from the Listings group under the Reports main menu in System Administrator module.

 

2.Click the List box button beside the Configuration field and select your preferred report configuration.

 

3.Amend or accept the default sorting option in the Sort By field. To select a different Sort By option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.

 

4.In the Layout field, accept or amend the default layout for the report. To select a different Layout option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.

 

5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.

 

6.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report, respectively. From the Report Preview tab, you may click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.

 

 

The Locked-out User Listing function provides you with flexibility to perform the following:

 

Set up user-defined report macro

Set up user-defined sort option

Set up user-defined report layout

Include notes in the printed report

Export the report to various supported file formats

Send the report as attachment to an email

Include time and printed by information
