Entry Detail Window

The system displays the Integration Event Log Entry Detail window when you double left-click on the Description field on the grid of the Integration Event Log viewer screen.

 

The Entry Detail window shows technical details of the event such as the event's request and response information. The Entry Detail is especially useful in instances when you encounter errors while performing transactions since it allows you to see pertinent details of the error.

 

The Entry Detail window allows you to send a report containing the details of the event to your AccountMate Business Partner, AccountMate Technical Support, or any recipient who can help you troubleshoot the error or someone who simply needs to be informed. This saves you valuable time and effort since you neither need to exit AccountMate Enterprise to access Microsoft Outlook nor compose an e-mail message containing the details of the error encountered. As the e-mail that will be sent is generated by the system and the message is captured exactly as is, there is no chance that wrong information will be communicated to the parties concerned.

 

To send the entry details in an email, be sure that the email accounts information entered for the user and company are correct and updated to ensure receipt of the emails. Access the E-mail Account Setup function by selecting Email Accounts in the System Bar.
