Integration Event Log

The Integration Event Log is where you can view all operations that occurred while using the ClickToPay and/or Credit Card Processing features and its outcome. These events include testing connection, creating or amending invoice transactions, and syncing transactions.

 

The Integration Event Log includes information such as the log ID, date and time the event occurred, company ID, product/feature used, function used, event level (e.g. success, error, incomplete, etc.), user's name that performed the operation, and the event description (entry detail).

 

You can access the Integration Event Log function from the Reports menu in the System Administrator module. Note that access to this function is for authorized users only.

 

In the Selection Criteria area, select the filter options you want to use; then, click OK. The selection results are displayed on the grid.
