The system displays the Error Log Entry Detail window when you double left-click on an entry on the grid of the Error Log Viewer window. The Error Log Entry Detail window allows you to send a report containing the details of the error to your AccountMate Business Partner, AccountMate Technical Support or any recipient who can help you troubleshoot the error. This saves you valuable time and effort since you neither need to exit AccountMate Enterprise to access Microsoft Outlook nor compose an e-mail message containing the details of the error encountered. As the e-mail that will be sent is generated by the system and the message is captured exactly as is, there is no chance that wrong information will be communicated to the parties concerned.
The Error Log Entry Detail window displays information about the date and time when the error occurred, entry number, error number, error type, error message, login name of the user who encountered the error, computer used when the error was encountered, and other relevant details such as the license information, AccountMate system information, workstation and database server information, exe/dll information, database information, and the events being called at the time the error transpired. You can also view the captured image of the error that occurred by clicking the link provided.
