System Manager > Manage Security Settings > User Account Setting

The Current User Login List function allows you to view the users who are currently accessing the AccountMate Enterprise program regardless of which module or company database they are currently in. This function helps you especially when you must inform all the users to exit AccountMate Enterprise to perform product updates or period-end closing.

To view the list of users who are currently logged into AccountMate Enterprise, perform the following procedures:

1.In the AccountMate System Bar, click the Users Options List; then, click the Display Login Users option. This will display the Current User Login List function window. This window shows the following information:

•All the users who are currently logged into AccountMate Enterprise

•The company the user is currently accessing

•The workstation name each user is currently accessing from

Note: This list is for your reference only; you cannot log users in or out of AccountMate Enterprise from this window.

2.If you have opened the Current User Login List window for a while and you want to view an updated list of users who are currently logged into AccountMate Enterprise, click the Refresh button.

3.Click the [X] button to close the Current User Login List window.
