System Manager > System Administrator Reports > Function Access Rights Listing

The Function Access Rights Listing provides information about user groups in a company and the specific functions they are granted with access rights. You can use this report to verify function access rights by group name, by user name, or by function name.

To print the Function Access Rights Listing, follow these steps:

1.Access the Function Access Rights function from the Access Rights group under the Reports main menu in System Administrator module.

2.Click the List box button beside the Configuration field and select your preferred report configuration.

3.Amend or accept the default sorting option in the Sort By field. To select a different Sort By option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.

4.In the Layout field, accept or amend the default layout for the report. To select a different Layout option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.

5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.

6.In the Company field, enter the company name of the company you want to generate the report. Alternatively, click the Lookup button to display the Search window which shows the companies available in AccountMate Enterprise; then, select the company for which you want to generate the report.

7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report, respectively. From the Report Preview tab, you may click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
