The Extended Rights Listing provides information about users who are granted with extended security access rights in a particular company. Use this report to verify extended security rights settings in each company in AccountMate Enterprise.
To print the Extended Rights Listing, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Extended Access Rights function from the Access Rights group under the Reports main menu in System Administrator module.
2.Click the List box button beside the Configuration field and select your preferred report configuration.
3.Amend or accept the default sorting option in the Sort By field. To select a different Sort By option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.
4.In the Layout field, accept or amend the default layout for the report. To select a different Layout option, click the List box button and select from the options displayed on the list.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.In the Company field, enter the company name of the company you want to generate the report. Alternatively, click the Lookup button to display the Search window which shows the companies available in AccountMate Enterprise; then, select the company for which you want to generate the report.
7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report, respectively. From the Report Preview tab, you may click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Extended Rights Listing function provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
