To create contact information in the Contact Maintenance function, perform the following:
1.Access the Contact Maintenance function from the Maintenance main menu. Click the New button to create a new Address Code record.

2.Enter in the Vendor #/Customer # field the vendor/customer code for which the contact record is to be assigned. Alternatively, you may click the Lookup button to display the Search window where you can search for the vendor or customer record. Once a valid code is entered in this field, the rest of the fields on this function becomes enabled.

3.Enter in the First Name and Last Name fields, the contact's first name and last name, respectively.
4.In the Details page, enter information about the contact's salutation, title, vendor or customer contact and notes, if any. See the Details Page section for more details.
5.Enter in the Address page the addresses the contact may have either work, home or some other address type. Go to the Address Page section for more information.
6.Access the Phone page to enter contact's phone communication information. Refer to the Phone Page section for more details.
7.In the E-mail page, enter contact's electronic mail information such as work or personal email addresses. See the E-mail Page for more information.
8.When you are ready, click the Save button to save your settings; otherwise, click Cancel to abort creation of a new contact code.
