The Review Serial # Page is automatically displayed after clicking the OK button in the Selection Criteria Page. This page displays the system-generated serial numbers depending on the values entered in the fields of the Automatic Assignment area in the Selection Criteria Page. This page also allows you to amend the system-generated serial numbers, if necessary, prior to saving the transaction.

Review the values in the grid. The fields in the grid are read-only except for the Serial # field which is editable. Each line in the grid corresponds to one unit of the serialized item that you want to assign a serial number.

To enter or amend the serial numbers assigned automatically in the system for these inventory items:

•Highlight the serial number in the Serial # column of the grid that you want to amend; then, manually enter the desired new serial number into this field. Repeat this step for each serial number that you want to amend.
