Inventory Control > Set Up IC Module Parameters > IC Module Setup

The Printing page of the Inventory Control (IC) Module Setup function allows you to define parameters for printing Warehouse Inventory Transfer Slips and Internal Stock Issuance Slips.

To set up parameters in the Printing tab of the IC Module Setup function, perform the following steps:

1.In the Item Transfer Slip and Stock Issuance Slip sections, mark any of the following applicable checkboxes:

oPrint Company Logo

Mark this checkbox to configure AccountMate to include the company logo when printing the document.

oPrint Company Name and Address

Mark this checkbox to configure AccountMate to include the company name and address when printing the document.

oDouble-space Line Items

Mark this checkbox if you want to configure AccountMate to insert two (2) spaces between line items when printing the document.

Note: You can enter your company logo in the Company Set Up function of the System Administrator module. In order to print a company logo, you must use a laser printer.

2.If you want to print the document in multiple copies with individual copy labels, click the Append row to end button to activate a line in the Copy Labels grid in which you can define for the applicable document. You can set up an unlimited number of copy labels for the Item Transfer Slip and the Stock Issuance Slip.

Note: When you print the document using the Print Warehouse Inventory Transfer Slip and Print Internal Stock Issuance Slip, you may select in the report interface the copy labels to be printed.
