The Customer Inventory Listing function allows you to generate a report that shows information about inventory items that have been set up with alternate inventory numbers and descriptions defined by specific customers to match their own inventory requirements.
The report can be used to cross-reference the inventory item numbers and descriptions under which you sell and ship items to your customer, with the item numbers and descriptions you used for tracking your inventory.
To print a Customer Inventory Listing, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Customer Inventory Listing function from the Price group under the Reports main menu either in the Sales Order or Accounts Receivable module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.
6.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
