A typical business operation at times require you to create sales orders either for the same items or for a service at regular intervals. An example is the regular purchase of the same inventory items from the same customers or a service contract on a monthly fee.

The Recurring Sales Order function saves you time and has the flexibility to allow you to use a wide variety of order cycles. It allows you to generate sales orders each time they must be prepared. With this function, you can automatically generate the sales order whenever you need to issue them as long as the recurrence is daily, weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

The Recurring Sales Order function has the following options:

oRecurring Sales Order Setup

The Recurring Sales Order Setup function allows you to set up templates with which to generate sales orders for recurring transactions. You can also amend or cancel the templates using this function.

oGenerate Recurring Sales Order

The Generate Recurring Sales Order option allows you to generate sales orders from templates that you created using the Recurring Sales Order Setup function.
