Invoice Payments

Payments received on a customer's account which may be from either cash, check or credit card must be properly recorded and the corresponding invoices applied for the payments properly accounted for.

 

In AccountMate Enterprise, you can perform the following transactions involving customer payments:

 

Record payment to customer invoices

Record payment receipts from non-customers

Void a customer payment receipt

Void adjustments applied to customer invoices
