The On-hand Serial # Listing function generates a list of the serialized items’ quantities on hand. This report is useful for reviewing quickly the serial numbers assigned to the serialized items' quantities on hand, and the total on-hand quantity of each serialized item.
To generate the On-hand Serial # Listing, perform the following procedures:
1.Access the On-Hand Serial # Listing function from the Quantity Listings group under the Reports main menu in the Inventory Control module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking on the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Depending on the Sort By option you selected, you may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.Mark any or all of the following checkboxes, if applicable:
oShow Specification
Mark this checkbox if you want to include in the report the specifications assigned to the serialized inventory items. |
oShow Lot #
Mark this option if you want to display on the report the inventory items’ lot numbers. This is applicable only to serialized lot-controlled inventory items. |
oShow Kit #
Mark this option if you want to display on the report the inventory items’ kit numbers. This is applicable only to serialized kit inventory items. |
7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The On-Hand Serial # Listing function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:

AccountMate displays the Item profile when you double-click the item number in the report. |
