The Sales Tax Entity Listing provides detailed information about the sales tax entity records set up in AccountMate Enterprise.
For companies with Canada country tax, the report provides an option to show only GST Tax Types, PST Tax Types, or all tax types.
The report can be used to determine and verify the sales tax entity records that are set up and maintained in AccountMate.
To generate the Sales Tax Entity Listing, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Sales Tax Entity Listing function from the Sales Tax Listings group under the Reports main menu in the Sales Order module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. Mark the Individual Tax Entity Code checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single tax entity code and enter the value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the appropriate criteria in generating the report.
For companies with Canada country tax, choose one of the following options to show in the report: |
•GST Tax Types only
•PST Tax Types only
•All Tax Types
6.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Sales Tax Entity Listing function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
