General Ledger > Statistical Batch Entries > Statistical Entry Reports

The Unposted Statistical Entries report displays detailed information about the statistical entry batches that were saved but not yet posted in the General Ledger. This report allows you to review the details of the unposted statistical entries before posting to the General Ledger.

This report has the following uses:

•To aid in reviewing the correctness and accuracy of the unposted statistical entries.

•To aid in tracking unusual transaction that requires further verification.

To print the Unposted Statistical Entries report, follow these steps:

1.Access the Unposted Statistical Entries function from the Statistical Entry group in the Reports main menu.

2.Click the List box button beside the Configuration field and select the desired report configuration.

3.Select the sorting option that you want to use by clicking the List box button in the Sort By field.

4.In the Layout field, click the List box button and select the desired layout for the report.

5.In the Type area, select whether you want the report to be displayed in Detail, Subtotal or Grand Total.

5.Mark the applicable checkbox in the Report Header area if you want to Include Time or Include Printed By in the report header.

6.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.

7.If you want to display the batch remarks in the report, mark the Show Batch Remarks checkbox.

8.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report.

The Unposted Statistical Entries function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:

•Set up and save report configuration.

•Include notes in the printed report.

•Export the report to various supported file formats.

•Print the report by batch.
