The Statistical Batch Status Report displays detailed information about the status of each statistical entry batch recorded in the General Ledger for a specific period.

This report has the following uses:

•To aid in reviewing the completeness of statistical entry batches whether recorded in the General Ledger module.

•To aid in checking and monitoring the status of statistical entry batches.

To print the Statistical Batch Status Report, follow these steps:

1.Access the Statistical Batch Status Report function from the Statistical Entry group in the Reports main menu.

2.Click the List box button beside the Configuration field and select the desired report configuration.

3.Accept the default sorting option in the Sort By field.

4.In the Layout field, click the List box button and select the desired layout for the report.

5.In the Type area, select whether you want the report to be displayed in Detail, Subtotal or Grand Total.

5.Mark the applicable checkbox in the Report Header area if you want to Include Time or Include Printed By in the report header.

6.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.

7.Mark any of the following options, if applicable:

oAll Batch

Select this option if you want the report to display all statistical entries regardless of status.

oUnposted Batch

Select this option if you want the report to display the unposted statistical entries only.

oPosted Batch

Select this option if you want the report to display the posted statistical entries only.

oVoided Batch

Select this option if you want the report to display the voided statistical entries only.

8.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report.

The Statistical Batch Status Report function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:

•Set up and save report configuration.

•Include notes in the printed report.

•Export the report to various supported file formats.

•Print the report by batch.
