The Non-Customer Receipt Report function allows you to generate a report that shows information on the receipts that you have recorded in AccountMate Enterprise as payments from non-customers.
This report has the following uses:
•To view the details of the non-customer receipts.
•To use in the comparison of the recorded non-customer payments against bank deposits.

To print a Non-Customer Receipts Report, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Customer Cash Receipts Report function from the Receipts Reports group under the Reports main menu in the Accounts Receivable module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the preferred report filters.
6.Select the transaction type you want to show in the report. Choose any of the following options:
•Payments and Voided Payments
•Payments Only
•Voided Payments Only
7.Select one of the following options:
oShow Pay Code
Select this option if you want to show in the report the pay code used for the payment transaction. |
oShow Credit Card #
This option is only available if you have the access right to Show Complete Credit Card #; otherwise, you cannot find this option in the report interface. Select this option if you want to display the credit card information in the report. |
8.Mark the Show GL Distribution checkbox if you want to display on the report the details of the credit GL Account ID to which the transaction was posted.
9.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Non-Customer Receipts Report function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
oBank #
AccountMate displays the Bank Profile when you double-click the bank number in the report. |
oGL Account ID
AccountMate displays the Account Profile when you double-click the GL account ID in the report. |
