The Inventory Type Listing report shows information about the inventory types that you set up in AccountMate Enterprise using the Inventory Type Maintenance function.
You can use this report in performing the following:
•To review the different inventory type records set up in the system.
•As a guide in determining which inventory type to assign to a particular inventory record that you are about to create.
To generate the Inventory Type Listing, perform the following procedures:
1.Access the Inventory Type Listing function from the Listings group under the Reports main menu.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filter. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.
6.If applicable, mark the Show Type Remark checkbox if you want to include the comments that you entered in the Remarks page of the inventory type record.
7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. You may click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Inventory Type Listing function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
oGL Account ID
AccountMate displays the Account Profile when you double-click a GL account ID in the report. |
