The Inventory Transactions Listing function allows you to generate a report that shows the details of transactions affecting your inventory items that were recorded in the Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules. This report is very useful in tracking and reviewing inventory transactions entered in the Sales Order or Accounts Receivable module.
To generate the Inventory Transactions Listing, perform the following procedures:
1.Access the Inventory Transactions Listing function from the Transaction Log Reports group under the Reports main menu in the Accounts Receivable or Sales Order module.
2.Select the report configuration that you want to use by clicking the List box button next to the Configuration field.
3.Click the List box button next to the Sort By field and select from the following report sorting options:
•Item # + Invoice Date
•Item # + Invoice #
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
To show multi-currencies in the report, select the option with 'multi-currency' in the layout name. Note that this layout option is only available if the multi-currency feature is activated. |
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. Depending on the sorting option you chose, mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single item and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.
6.Select which of the following you want to include in the report:
•All Shipment
•Shipment with Invoice Only
•Shipment without Invoice from SO Only

7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Inventory Transactions Listing function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
oInvoice #
AccountMate displays the Invoice document when you double-click an invoice number in the report. |
oSO #
AccountMate displays the Sales Order document when you double-click a sales order number in the report. |
oCustomer #
AccountMate displays the Customer Profile when you double-click a customer number in the report. |
oCurrency
AccountMate displays the Currency Profile when you double-click a currency code in the report. |
