Adjustments to your inventory items are usually recorded when there are shrinkage, spoilage and other inventory changes that do not directly result from purchase or sales transactions. The Inventory Adjustment Report provides information about the details of adjustments made to your inventory items using the Inventory Adjustment function and Update Physical Count function. This report also includes the inventory adjustments that the system automatically generates when you perform inventory recalculation wherein the system detected some discrepancies in the item quantities and/or item costing.
You can use this report in monitoring and reviewing the adjustments made to your units of inventory items.
