Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If the minimum attendance requirements of three (3) attendees set by AccountMate are not met by four (4) weeks prior to the class, then classes will be canceled. If an attendee is registered for a class that is canceled, notification will be made as soon as the class is canceled and all payments will be refunded.

Attendees are advised not to purchase non-refundable or non-changeable airline tickets, as AccountMate will not be responsible for traveling costs due to class cancellation.

50% of the tuition will be forfeited if a written cancellation request is received 2 to 4 weeks prior to the first day of the training class.

The entire amount of the tuition will be forfeited if a written cancellation request is received less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the training class. If the cancellation applies to a course registered for no charge (such as start-ups), a penalty equivalent to 20% of the tuition will be billed.

The same cancellation policy also applies to no-shows. Therefore, the entire amount of the tuition will be forfeited. If the no-show applies to a course registered for no charge, a penalty equivalent to 20% of the tuition will be billed.
