The Multi-level Price Listing function allows you to generate a report that provides information about the multi-level prices that have been defined for certain inventory items. These multi-level prices are set up in the Inventory Maintenance function and requires that the Pricing Control module is activated.
This report can be used as a guide in monitoring and evaluating the item multi-level prices based on any combination of currency, price type, customer price group, item specification, unit-of-measurement, and quantity sales volume.
To print a Multi-Level Price Listing, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Multi-Level Price Listing function from the Price Listings group under the Reports main menu in the Accounts Receivable or Sales Order module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, you may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.Select which of the following you want to include in the report:
•All Selected Items
•Items Used in Invoices/Sales Orders
•Items Used in Purchase Orders
•Items Used in Work Orders

7.Select which inventory items you want to show in the report, depending upon the items' status:
•Active and Inactive Items
•Active Items Only
•Inactive Items Only
8.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Multi-Level Price Listing function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
