The Vendor Performance Analysis Report provides information about the lead time and the percentage of full shipment when receiving ordered goods from the date the order is requested.
This report has the following uses:
•To evaluate a vendor’s performance based on timeliness, completeness of order fulfillment, and pricing
•To determine whether to retain the vendor or to search for alternative vendors
To print the Vendor Performance Analysis Report, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Vendor Performance Analysis Report function from the Analysis group under the Reports main menu of the Purchase Order module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
To show multi-currencies in the report, select the option with 'multi-currency' in the layout name. Note that this layout option is only available if the multi-currency feature is activated. |
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Mark the Individual Vendor checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single vendor record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.If applicable, mark the Late Receipts only checkbox if you want to show in the report only the purchase orders which items are received later than the request dates.
7.Select which of the following transactions you want to include in the report:
•All Receipts
•Receipts with Invoices Only
•Receipts without Invoices Only
8.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Vendor Performance Analysis Report function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:

AccountMate displays the purchase order/quote document when you double click the purchase order number in the report. |

AccountMate displays the Vendor Profile when you double-click the vendor number in the report. |
oItem #
AccountMate displays the Item Profile when you double-click the item number in the report. |
oInvoice #
AccountMate displays the AP Invoice Profile when you double-click the invoice number in the report. |
