The Information page allows you to set up additional information about the statistical code record you are creating.

Perform the steps below in this page:

1.Enter in the Short Description field a brief description of the statistical code record. You can enter a maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters in this field.

2.Click the List box button in the Status field to assign either an Active or Inactive status for the statistical code record. Inactive statistical code records cannot be used in recording transactions in AccountMate.

Notes:

•The setting in the Status field can be changed at any time after the statistical code record has been created and saved.

•You cannot change the status of a statistical code record to Inactive if you have assigned the statistical code record to any GL Account ID.

3.Click the Spinner button beside the Qty Decimals field to choose the default decimal places (0-4) that AccountMate will use in the quantity values for the statistical code.

CAUTION: You can increase but you cannot decrease the statistical code's quantity decimal place setting once the maintenance record is saved.
