The Input Physical Count Page allows you to enter the actual count quantities of the frozen inventory items. Depending on the option you chose in the pop-up message in the Selection Criteria page, the Counted column on this page will either show system on-hand quantities or it shows zero values as the default counted on-hand quantities.

Perform the following steps in the Input Physical Count Page:

1.To enter the actual counted on-hand quantities, perform any of the following alternatives:

Alternative 1

To enter the actual counted quantity per inventory item, enter the actual counted quantity for the desired inventory item in the corresponding Counted column.

Alternative 2

To enter all system on-hand quantities as the actual on-hand quantities, click the Counted All button in the grid toolbar.  The system will automatically copy all on-hand quantities in the On-hand column into the corresponding Counted column.

2.To clear all values entered in the Counted column, click the Counted None button in the grid toolbar; otherwise, you may manually delete the entered quantities in the Counted column for specific inventory items.

3.When you are ready, click the Save button in the function toolbar to save the entered counted quantities; otherwise, click the Cancel button.
