The Access Restrictions Page allows you to define the specific user or user group that are restricted to use the customer code in various transactions. This feature helps in implementing strict policies regarding which specific user or group of users are allowed to create transactions for this customer record.

 

To restrict a user or group of users, simply mark the appropriate checkbox; otherwise, leave the checkbox unmarked. Note that marking the user group checkbox will automatically mark the corresponding checkboxes of all users assigned to the group.
