AccountMate Enterprise allows you to set up your company's logo to appear in applicable reports.

The following are the currently supported image file types for the company logo:

•JPEG (.jpeg or .jpg)

•PNG (.png)

•Bitmap (.bmp)

The company logo can be in any size; however, it is recommended to reduce the image resolution (using a photo editor) to ensure that it will print clearly on special reports. The 'company logo' object size on the reports is only W: 2.59 X H:0.50 inches.

Note: If the logo image size is smaller that the logo object size, it will be displayed as stretched; otherwise, it will be displayed as 'Scale to Fit'.

Perform the following steps to set up the company logo in the system:

1.Access the Company Setup function from the Setup group under the System Administration main menu in the System Administrator module.

2.Enter in the Search field the company for which you want to set up a company logo. Alternatively, you may select from the Search grid the company record.

3.In the Company Information page, click the 'Company Logo' image to display the Open browser window.

4.In the Open browser window, locate the folder and select the image file that you want to use as company logo; then, click Open button to proceed. The company logo image preview will be displayed.

5.When you are ready, click the Save button to save your settings; otherwise, click Cancel.
