Purchase Order > Receive Goods

The Information page automatically opens when you access the Received Goods function. There are several read-only fields in this page that display information such as shipping and receiving addresses and order date.

Perform the following procedures in the Information tab, if necessary:

1.Review the read-only fields in this page. The ordering address and receiving address sections display the vendor's ordering address and your company's shipping address. This information comes from the selected purchase order record.

Note: If the Use SO Shipping Address checkbox was unmarked in the Purchase Order function's Order From/Ship To page, the Shipping Address shown in this page will display the address of the warehouse specified in the Receive Goods function's Warehouse field.

2.Amend or enter purchase order remarks in the blank area at the bottom part of the Information page. Any changes you made in this area will affect only the purchase order record.
