The Advance Billing Line Item report function allows you to generate a report that lists all the line items in the sales order for which you have billed in advance.
This report can be used to view the details of the line items for which you have created the advanced billing.

To print an advance billing line item report, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Advance Billing Line Item report function from the Open Sales Order group under the Reports menu in the Sales Order module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Depending on the Sort By option you choose, you may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.Mark any or all of the following checkboxes:
oInclude Freight Charge
Mark this checkbox if you want to include freight charges in the report. |
oInclude Sales Tax
Mark this checkbox if you want to include the sales tax amounts in the report. |
oShow Kit Formula
Mark this checkbox if you want to show in the report the formula of the kit inventory items included in the report. |
7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Advance Billing Line Item report function also provides you with flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
oSales Order #
AccountMate displays the Sales Order document when you double-click the SO number in the report. |
oCustomer #
AccountMate displays the Customer Profile when you double-click the customer number in the report. |
oItem #
AccountMate displays the Item Profile when you double-click the item number in the report. |
oCurrency
AccountMate displays the Currency Profile when you double-click the currency code in the report. |
