The Received Warehouse Item Transfer Report function allows you to generate a report that provides information about the inventory items that are transferred to and received in a particular warehouse.
This report has the following uses:
•Helps you track the receipt of the inventory items in their respective target warehouses.
•Together with the Item Transfer In-Transit Report, it serves as a tool in reconciling balances in the Warehouse Item Transfer Report.
To generate the Received Warehouse Item Transfer Report, perform the following steps:
1.Access the Received Warehouse Item Transfer Report function from the Item Movement Reports group under the Reports main menu in the Inventory Control module.
2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.
3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.
4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.
5.In the Report Configuration area, define the report filters. Depending on the sorting option you choose, mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the preferred criteria in generating the report.
6.Mark any or all of the following checkboxes, if applicable:
oShow Serial #
Mark this checkbox to display the serial numbers of transferred serialized inventory items. |
oShow Kit #
Mark this checkbox to display the kit numbers of transferred kit inventory items. |
oShow Lot #
Mark this checkbox to display the lot numbers of transferred lot-controlled items. |
7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.
The Received Warehouse Item Transfer Report function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:
•Set up user-defined report macro
•Set up user-defined sort option
•Set up user-defined report layout
•Include notes in the printed report
•Export the report to various supported file formats
•Send the report as attachment to an email
•Include time and printed by information
•Drill-down on certain fields in the report:
