Bin Replenishment Report

The Bin Replenishment Report function generates a report that provides information about the replenishment levels of inventory items for each bin in a warehouse. You can use this report in monitoring which bin has a quantity below their replenishment level. With this report, you can prioritize which bin you need to replenish first.

 

You may replenish the quantity of a particular bin by transferring quantity from one bin to another bin in the same warehouse or from one warehouse to another warehouse using the Bin Item Movement or Warehouse Item Transfer functions, respectively. You can define the replenishment level and quantity for each bin in the warehouse where your items are stored using the Bin Setup in the Warehouse page of the Inventory Maintenance function.

 

 

To generate the Bin Replenishment Report, perform the following procedures:

 

1.Access the Bin Replenishment Report function from the MRP Reports group under the Reports main menu in the Inventory Control module.

 

2.Click the List box button next to the Configuration field; then, select the report configuration that you want to use.

 

3.Select the report sorting option by clicking the List box button next to the Sort By field.

 

4.In the Layout field, click the List box button to select the report layout you want to use in generating the report.

 

5.In the Report Configuration area, define the desired report filters. You may mark the Individual checkbox if you want to generate the report for a single record and enter the appropriate value in the adjacent field; otherwise, select in the Filters area the desired criteria in generating the report.

 

6.Choose which inventory items you want to include in the report:

 

oAll Selected Items

Choose this option if you want to include all inventory items that you selected in the Filters area.

 

oItem below Replenishment Level Only

Choose this option if you want to include only those inventory items whose quantity is below the replenishment level.

 

 

7.Click the Preview or Print button to preview or print the report. Click the Configure tab to return to the report configuration page.

 

 

The Bin Replenishment Report function also provides you with the flexibility to perform the following:

 

Set up user-defined report macro

Set up user-defined sort option

Set up user-defined report layout

Include notes in the printed report

Export the report to various supported file formats

Send the report as attachment to an email

Include time and printed by information

Drill-down on certain fields in the report:

oItem #

AccountMate displays the Item Profile when you double-click an item number in the report.
