Sales Order - Transaction Logs

Transaction Logs provides pertinent information to help you monitor various transactions involving customers, inventory items, and customized kit items. Each of the Transaction Logs is especially designed with options you can choose that narrows down data to the specific information you need. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Transaction Logs in AccountMate Enterprise.

Customer Transaction Listing

The Customer Transaction Listing provides detail information on each customer’s sales transactions. This report lists the sales made to customers during a specified period. It is useful for analyzing customer purchase patterns during a specific period. It also serves as a supporting document for reconciliation of customers’ balances.

You may configure to show in the report the kit items’ formulas, serial numbers, lot numbers or kit numbers, if any. You can choose to generate this report only for shipments supported with invoices, only for shipments without associated invoices, or for all shipments.

Inventory Transaction Listing

The Inventory Transaction Listing shows the details of inventory item transactions that are recorded in the Sales Order or Accounts Receivable module. This report lists all the inventory item transactions within a specific date range based on the order date, ship date, and/or invoice date. This report is useful for monitoring, reviewing and analyzing sales of the inventory items.

You can select to generate this report only for shipments supported with invoices, only for shipments without associated invoices, or for all shipments. You can also opt to show multi-currencies in this report.

Customized Kit Item Transation Log

The Customized Kit Item Transation Log is a listing of all the kit inventory items that were built using the Build Customized Kit Item function. This report helps you identify the sales orders that include customized kit items and monitor the amount of customized kits.

You may set the report to include only those customized kits with non-zero quantities on-hand and include the customized kit’s component items. Options to show the items’ serial numbers and lot numbers are available. You can also select to show the items’ assigned class, product line and inventory type information in the report. You can further filter the report to show only built kits, only disassembled kits, or all customized kits.
