Inventory Control - MRP Reports

The MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Reports allows you quick access to information that helps in scheduling and placing item orders to vendors.

Each of the MRP Reports is especially designed with options you can choose that narrows down data to the specific information you need. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the MRP Reports available in AccountMate Enterprise.

Inventory Reorder Report

The Inventory Reorder Report provides information on inventory items that need to be reordered from vendors. This report gives you the specific inventory items that are out of stock or whose on-hand quantities reach the reorder points. This report is useful in maintaining optimum inventory levels. It can also be used as a reference when re-ordering stocks.

You can filter this report to include only the items with quantity levels that are equal to or less than their respective reorder points, only those items that have zero quantities on hand, or all items that meet the specified criteria in the report interface. You can further filter the report to include only the active items, only the inactive items, or both. Options are also available for you to choose if you want the report to include the items that are designated for use in invoice/sales orders, purchase orders, those that are designated for use in work orders or all item transactions.

Projected Kit Item Requirement Report

The Projected Kit Item Requirement Report provides information on the component items quantity required to fulfill open sales orders that have either standard pre-build kit items that do not have enough on-hand, and/or customized pre-build kit items as backordered line items. The report shows the kit item sales order quantity that is not yet shipped, component item quantity required to build one unit of the kit item, total required component item quantity per sales order among other details. The report is useful for determining the component items quantity needed to build kit items of open sales orders.

The report can be generated to show only kit component items that are in shortage.

Bin Replacement Report

The Bin Replacement Report provides information on the replenishment levels of inventory items for each bin in a certain warehouse. This report is useful for monitoring which bin has a quantity below its replenishment level; thus, it serves as a reference for prioritizing replenishments for specific bins.

You can opt to show in the report only the items with on-hand quantities that fall below the set replenishment levels or to show all the selected items.
