AM Enterprise 2020 Sample Reports

A new feature introduced in AccountMate Enterprise is the ability to track non-financial information by recording these data to statistical accounts. The Statistical Entry Reports therefore, provides information regarding posted, unposted and voided statistical entry transactions recorded in the system. These reports are designed to provide filter options so you can narrow down data to the information you need.

Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Statistical Entry Reports available in AccountMate Enterprise.

Unposted Statistical Entries Report

The Unposted Statistical Entries Report provides information regarding statistical entry batches that are saved but are not yet posted to the General Ledger. Unposted statistical entries can be amended in the system. This report is useful for reviewing the correctness of these unposted statistical entries before they are posted to the General Ledger. It is also helpful in determining which statistical entries are left unposted.

You can generate the report to show batch remarks.

Posted Statistical Entries Report

The Posted Statistical Entries Report provides information on statistical entry batches that are already posted to the General Ledger. Statistical entries that are posted updates the account balances of the statistical codes used in these statistical batches. Once already posted, the statistical entry cannot be amended. This report is useful for reviewing the accuracy of the posted statistical entries and for monitoring statistical transactions in a specific period.

Voided Posted Statistical Entries Report

The Voided Posted Statistical Entries Report provides information on statistical entry batches that were posted but later on voided in the system. The report shows details of the voided statistical entries. The report is useful for reviewing and tracking the voided statistical entries in the General Ledger.

You can choose to show in the report batch remarks.

Statistical Batch Status Report

The Statistical Batch Status Report provides information on the statistical entry batch status for a specific period. The report shows the batches’ status in the system whether it is posted, unposted, or voided. The report is useful for reviewing and monitoring the statistical entry batches’ status, and for checking completeness of the statistical entry batches recorded in the system.

You can generate this report to show only unposted batch, only posted batch, only voided batch, or all batch regardless of status.
