General Ledger – Trial Balance
The Trial Balance provides information on the debit and credit balances of each posting GL Account ID included in your chart of accounts. A Trial Balance must always have equal debit and credit balances. Generating this report helps you review and determine correctness of the GL Account ID balances. This report can also serve as reference when verifying the balances shown in your Balance Sheet or Income Statement. You can select to generate the report for the default period or any specific
period. You can also opt to include zero balance accounts in this report.
