Payroll - Management Reports

AccountMate provides Management Reports that serve as useful tool in decision-making especially when it involves the company's work force. Specifically, the management reports provide information that helps you analyze the hours worked, earnings, and tax expenses for each employee and all the employees within a department.

Each of the Management Reports is designed to provide various choices so you can filter data to the specific information needed. Read the information below to get a closer look at each report.

Departmental Analysis

If you are looking for a report that helps you analyze the work hours, earnings, and payroll costs for all employees within each department, generate the Departmental Analysis report. This report shows each department's actual and percentage share in the company's total paid work hours, earnings and payroll costs for the current fiscal year. This report helps you determine easily which departments are productive and cost-effective and which ones need improvement; thus, it facilitates decision-making.

Work Hours Analysis

The Work Hours Analysis report shows for each pay period the composition of the hours--regular, overtime, holiday, leave, and other hours--worked by the employee and the relative pay check amount and total earnings. This report allows you to compare the total earnings of each employee against a breakdown of each one's work hours for the current fiscal year.
