The Machine Reports provide information about the machine components particularly the machine setup and teardown time lists as well as the machine usage and overhaul details. Each of the Machine Reports has various options and criteria that provide a wide variety of machine component-related information and report formats. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Machine Reports available in AccountMate.

Machine Setup and Teardown Listing

The Machine Setup and Teardown Listing provides information on the default setup and teardown times, units processed per hour, and the associated costs for each machine, all of which are taken from the machine records. This report lists the machine component numbers and descriptions, ID numbers, classes, status, production rates, machine costs, setup time and costs as well as teardown time and costs. You can use this report in analyzing the costs and other relevant information pertaining to the various machines used during the manufacturing process. It also serves as a guide in reviewing the accuracy of details in the machine records. You can opt to include in the report only the active machines, only the inactive machines, or all machines regardless of their status.

Machine Usage Report

The Machine Usage Report provides information on the usage and availability of machine resources. This report lists the machine component numbers and descriptions, ID numbers, classes, status, time between overhaul, time used, allocated time, and time before the next scheduled overhaul. You can refer to this report when determining the machine resources availability prior to the next scheduled overhaul and when analyzing the usage of various machine resources. You may include in the report only the active machines, only the inactive machines, or all machines regardless of their status.

Machine Overhaul Listing

Similar to the Machine Usage Report, the Machine Overhaul Listing provides a list of the machine usage and availability; however, the latter includes only the machines which usage has exceeded the time between overhauls. This report lists the machine component numbers and descriptions, ID numbers, classes, status, time between overhaul, time used, allocated time, and time before the next scheduled overhaul. You can generate this report to obtain a list of machines that exceed the overhaul point. You may include in the report only the active machines, only the inactive machines, or all machines regardless of their status.
